1” spacer > 5x 1 3/4” screws (#8)
0.875” spacer > 5x 1 1/2” screws (#8)
0.75” spacer > 5x 1 1/4” screws (#8)

C4 blower motor dimensions vary by manufacturer and production batch. Because of this, I cannot recommend one exact spacer thickness for every installation.

To choose the correct spacer, measure the height/depth difference between your original C3 blower setup and the C4 blower you plan to install. Select the spacer thickness that best makes up that difference so the fan sits correctly in the HVAC box.

Some C4 blowers may require a .75” spacer, while others may require a .875” spacer or a different size depending on the exact blower used. Buyer is responsible for measuring their own blower before ordering
